Books

Here are some books I've found useful.

Thomas Hanna
Somatics: Reawakening the Mind's Control of Movement, Flexibility, and Health

Great book on re-educating your nervous system, easy read, and some useful exercises at the end. I've found these invaluable in managing back pain over the last year

Gerard J. Tortora
Principles of Anatomy and Physiology

Very comprehensive anatomy and physiology book. In depth, yet well explained. Expensive, but worth it.

Katy Bowman
Don't just sit there

Really breaks down what we are doing to ourselves in our office jobs and what is an effective way to mitigate the negative effects. Haven't got monkey bars at work yet, but I'm working on it.
